Night Terrors & Bad Dreams (Toddlers/Kids/Children)

Just a few minutes ago i witnessed Lewis having what at first i thought was a a really bad dream. i google “bad dreams in kids” (or something like that) to find the cause of bad dreams out of curiousity.

After reading one or two search results i found out that what he had infact had was a Night Terror not a really really bad dream…

A Night Terror is where a child wakes up screaming with her eyes wide open, when in actual fact s/he is still asleep. The child will suddenly sit up, usually sweating profusely, shout out loud for a few seconds, before lying back down and returning to a normal sleep.
