Setting Up Call Forward on Mitel 5312 IP Phones

Press the blue menu button and then # a few times until you get to the call forward options. Press * to enter the call forward options, press * again at the option ‘Always’. review and enter an extension or number you want to forward to. press the down key to save. you are ready to use call forwarding.

Now you can activate call forwarding by pressing the ‘Call Forward key’ if you have that set up or entering your system feature access code to activate car forward. below are some default feature access codes.
